VFI®-110 75 D Injectable Plastic

VFI-110 75 D Injectable Plastic is a fast–setting, rigid urethane plastic with high strength and a quick demold time for increased part production. Its low viscosity allows it to be used in a reaction injection molding system with reduced air bubbles and waste. Depending on application needs, the plastic can produce a smooth glossy or matte finish. When primed, it is fully paintable, and it cures tough to be machined or sanded. VFI-110’s high amine content provides good temperature stability and chemical resistance to make repeatable castings for a variety of applications, including industrial part–making and prototyping.

VFI®-145 95 A Polyurethane Casting Rubber

VFI-145 95 A Polyurethane Casting Rubber is a fast setting, 1:1, hard rubber with good durability and rebound properties. It is capable of being a hand pour material when making smaller parts or for use in an injection system. The material’s fast setting capabilities allow for a quick demold time that increases part production. It provides excellent physical properties, such as good chemical resistance and low-temperature flexibility for increased use through multiple cycles. VFI-145 has a workable viscosity, which allows for increased part sizes that maintain final physical properties. This tough rubber has been used in a variety of applications like mold and model making, prototyping, and industrial part making.

VFI®-176 80 A Polyurethane Casting Rubber

VFI-176 80 A Polyurethane Casting Rubber is a fast-setting urethane rubber with good rebound properties. The urethane’s viscosity allows for easy processing when pouring or injecting and the creation of larger castings that maintain final properties. VFI-176 has excellent physical properties and cures at room temperature with no post-curing necessary. With a higher amine content, the rubber provides good chemical resistance, durability, and low-temperature flexibility for longer use of a mold or part. VFI®-1678 80 D Injectable Plastic

VFI®-1678 80 D Injectable Plastic is a fast setting, 80 D hardness, high strength plastic with a quick demold time to increase part production. A high amine content gives good temperature stability and chemical resistance to be used in a variety of applications. VFI-1678 is fully paintable when primed or sanded before paint application. A low mixed viscosity between two similar viscosity parts allows this product to be injected into a mold with little air entrapment or waste. VFI- 1678 Injectable Plastic can produce a smooth glossy finish or matte finish depending upon the need.
