Systems

Hybrid Premier System

The Hybrid Premier System is VFI’s foremost roofing system for the restoration and protection of aged commercial roofs. It is fully reinforced with polyester fabric, providing increased strength to the substrate to extend the roof’s life with minimal maintenance. The hybrid system is unique to the industry and is exclusive to VFI and VFI-approved distributors.

Silicone Reinforced System

The Silicone Reinforced System from VFI is an excellent roofing system for the maintenance of roofs with problem areas, as it is functional, strong, and easy-to-apply. Polyester fabric sets this system apart from standard systems as it is added to reinforce flashing and areas with leak potential. We recommend this system for roofs with a slope less than or equal to 1/12.

Acrylic Reinforced System

The Acrylic Reinforced System from VFI is an easy-to-apply, low VOC system for roofs with problem areas that need improved strength. The addition of polyester fabric sets this system apart from standard fluid applied systems as it is used to flash and reinforce areas with leak potential. This system is an economical alternative to silicone-based systems when used on roofs with proper slope and drainage.

Silicone System

The Silicone System from VFI is a functional and easy-to-apply roof system. It is our preferred solution for the maintenance of structurally sound roofs with a slope less than or equal to 1/12. Using 100% silicone-based products, the system resists ponding water, mold, and algae growth. The roofing products used in the system have been field-proven and tested to extend the life of commercial roofs.

Acrylic System

The Acrylic System from VFI is a high-quality, easy-to-apply roof system for maintaining the life of roofs that are in good structural shape. Strong elastomeric properties of the acrylic coating help extend the roof’s life for years with minimal maintenance required. It is a cost-effective alternative to silicone coatings when used on roofs with proper slope and drainage.

Silicone Recoat System

The Silicone Recoat System from VFI was formulated for continued maintenance on previously coated roofs. There are still alternatives to a costly roof replacement after the first coating shows signs of aging. When properly maintained, an existing coating can be recoated, whether it is silicone, acrylic, or urethane.

VFI®-605-1 White Acrylic Coating

VFI-605-1 White Acrylic Coating is a single-component, fluid-applied, elastomeric roof coating. As a water-based product, it is best used when a large roof needs to be sprayed and cleanup is important. For smaller roofs, it is easy to roll, and minimal labor is required to get the job done quickly. When applied as a top coat in a commercial roof restoration system, it forms a seamless, waterproof film to protect the substrate from impacts, UV radiation, and weathering. For future recoats, VFI-605-1 can be recoated with any type of liquid-applied roof coating.

VFI®-606 Acrylic Primer

VFI-606 Acrylic Primer is a water-based, general-purpose roof primer. It is used to prepare a handful of substrates for the application of a roof coating or spray polyurethane foam. As a single-component product, it is easier to use than most traditional, two-component primers, and its dark color promotes a better environment for a top coat to cure. VFI-606 creates a monolithic layer that adheres well to most surfaces when sprayed, brushed, or rolled onto the substrate. This primer will help dry out the surface for proper adhesion of the top coat.

VFI®-607 Bleed Block Primer

VFI-607 Bleed Block Primer is a water-based, single-component, 100% acrylic roofing primer. It is applied as a barrier over asphaltic surfaces to prevent bleed-through and discoloration of a top coat. As a priming system exclusively use with acrylic and hybrid systems, it is an easytouse, single component primer. VFI-607 has a lowviscosity, resists weathering, and must be reinforced with fabric to add strength to non-reinforced surfaces. It works with a suitable acrylic or hybrid roofing system to create a long-lasting, protective membrane for commercial roof restoration.

VFI®-640-1 Gray Acrylic Coating

VFI-640-1 Gray Acrylic Coating is a single-component, fluid-applied, elastomeric roof coating commonly used as a base coat.
