Spray-on Bedliner

Spray on bedliner is a type of coating applied to a truck bed for uniform protection. It adheres to the surface, leaving no room for water penetration. VFI manufactures polyurea hybrid spray-on truck bedliners. These materials are durable and long-lasting, with an over 20-year track record of success. We also provide versatility in spraying with a Qwik Spray System®, a low-pressure spray system, and a high-pressure spray system.

The Qwik Spray System is a low-cost, entry-level way to spray truck bedliner and produces results as good as a high-pressure spray system. The bedliner comes in convenient dual cartridges that fit in a two-component applicator like the VFI-7500 Qwik Spray Gun. You’re guaranteed to stay on ratio with the proper application procedures. This material is the most flexible of our bedliners, allowing it to take more hits against impact. It also allows for easy, quick, and efficient application.
The low-pressure plural component spray system is a 1A:1B 5-gallon pail option for spray-on truck bedliner. A low-pressure system has the benefit of lower spraying costs without the need for swapping out cartridges like the Qwik Spray System. Both low-pressure and Qwik Spray systems offer easy texturing and high elongation.
The high-pressure plural component spray system uses a compatible bedliner that gives consistently great results and properties. VFI’s high-pressure bedliner has a slightly different chemistry than the other options, making it faster with more controlled spraying. It provides commercial tensile strength and long-lasting durability.

No matter what application method you use, the end result is a durable coating that doesn’t sacrifice any properties. VFI offers plenty of spray-in bedliner options that are perfect for any project. If your bedliner is in need of repair, we also offer a slow-setting material to fix scratches, blisters, and other damages. Its thickening feature allows you to easily spread and imprint texture into the material.

To fully protect your bedliner from UV radiation, we also recommend applying our bedliner top coat. As an aliphatic, this material is chemically stable when in contact with UV rays, allowing it to extend the life of your bedliner.
