Recreational Coatings

Polyurea and polyurea hybrid coatings provide commercial and industrial applications with unparalleled protection. These same coatings with outstanding properties also work for applications at the recreational level. Recreational coatings add years of long-lasting performance to ATVs, boats, side-by-sides, and even trailers. You can coat vehicle parts such as wheel wells, rocker panels, fenders, etc.

Polyurea-based coatings provide permanent adhesion to any shape or contour on metal, wood, and other porous surfaces. VFI also offers primers for ensured adhesion on tougher surfaces. These coatings are fast curing for a quick return to service within a day of application. Once cured, a strong shield forms that is seamless with no gaps. This airtight barrier protects the surface from corrosion and water penetration. The hardened coating is also still flexible enough to avoid cracking.

As two-component materials, these coatings are sprayed using plural component spray equipment. VFI offers different polyurea hybrid coating formulas based on application needs. We also have a Qwik Spray System that allows you to spray through a cost-effective, portable applicator.

With the ability to control the amount of texture applied, you can achieve heavy to fine finishes. The texture ensures that your surface is slip and skid-resistant in wet environments. Not only is the texture useful, but it also looks great. Various colors are available to provide color matching for your application.
