Rubber Concrete Molds

Makers of rubber concrete molds typically select urethane rubber as their primary material. Polyurethane rubber outperforms most other materials for concrete molds, because of the ability to copy any detail, be poured in any thickness and can come in multiple different versions to provide different properties and speeds. We provide a TDI based and MDI rubber line to fit any processing need. TDI based polyurethane rubber is an industry standard and has premium properties and is less moisture sensitive than MDI. MDI polyurethane rubber is less expensive than TDI providing more variability in pot life, speeds and retains similar properties at a higher hardness.

Urethane rubber is a highly versatile mold making compound that can be extremely flexible or rigid depending on need. With a 20 A hardness to 90 A hardness range, in a TDI based product, almost any manufactured stone mold type can be fulfilled.
