VFI-3130 is a plural component spray,  aromatic polyurea polymer. It is recommended for use as a superior structural coating because of its unique combination of high hardness and high elongation, imparting excellent impact resistance and thermal cycling stability in a wide combination of climatic conditions. VFI-3130 can be used on a variety of substrates including EPS and other building materials. 

VFI-3130 passes ASTM E84-16, "The Standard Method of Test for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials."

Application

VFI-3130 is a two component, 100% solids, 1:1 by volume, aromatic polyurea polymer. It is characterized by high hardness and tensile strength with good elongation, good chemical and solvent reistance and usability under wide climatic conditions with outstanding durability.

VFI-3130 requires hot airless plural component equipment capable of producing a minimum spray pressure of 2000 psi and heat to 140°F to 160°F. Higher pressures between 2000-3000 psi may provide better mixing with optimal physical properties for the end product. 

Sealing porous surfaces with VFI-1007 Primer is recommended.
