VFI®-200 50 D Slow Polyurea Coating

VFI-200 50 D Slow Polyurea Coating is a two-component, 100% solids, spray-applied coating capable of high builds on metal, concrete, and masonry. It is best used for industrial applications when spraying on horizontal surfaces to create a structure that protects from chemicals, abrasion, and impact. Due to its slower speed, VFI-200 has less chance of creating a heavy surface texture, which is why it is perfect for spraying larger areas that need little to no texture. VFI also offers different formulas in medium (VFI-201) and fast (VFI-202) setting speeds based on application needs.

VFI-425 High Pressure Foundation Spray Coating is a fast setting, 100% solids polyurea hybrid with excellent tensile strength. When applied before backfilling, the coating creates a seamless, long-lasting barrier that waterproofs commercial and residential foundations. The membrane’s low permeability prevents water from penetrating into the foundation walls. As a polyurea hybrid, it has excellent chemical resistance and will not degrade underground. VFI®-520 QS Bedliner Repair

VFI-520 QS Bedliner Repair is a slow-setting polyurea hybrid coating that adheres to polyurea and polyurea hybrid material to repair scratches, blisters, and other damage. It can be applied by brush or injected using the VFI-7500 Qwik Spray Gun for easy application and less prep work. VFI-520 includes a chemical thickener that allows it to thicken to a mastic consistency so it’s easier to spread and imprint texture. The patch material can be sanded and top coated to create a uniform finish. For larger repairs or to renew your faded bedliner, a recoat can be applied using VFI-542, VFI-543, or VFI-544.
